Gorgon Defender Industries is a StarCitizen:Human StarCitizen:spacecraft shield systems manufacturer. The company was founded by survivors of the StarCitizen:Fall of Caliban (2884) to sell defensive systems to civilians. In StarCitizen:2942, Gorgon signed its first military contract with the StarCitizen:United Empire of Earth (UEE) to produce shield modules for combat spacecraft.<ref name="galactapedia">Template:Cite RSI</ref>
