The recipe is unlocked after studying the Dragonwilds:Shattered Black Blade vestige, which can be found in chests throughout Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach or purchased from Postie Pete's Dragonwilds:Evil Emporium for 300 Infernal Fragments.
Players can inflict a 1.15x damage multiplier on Zamorak Mages whilst attacking with the black sword.
