The smiling creeper was a Minecraft:passive mob, and a variant of the Minecraft:creeper present in Minecraft:Java Edition 15w14a.
Spawn
All creepers in 15w14a are replaced by smiling creepers.
Behavior
Smiling creepers behave like normal creepers, except that the explosion of a smiling creeper does not break blocks or cause damage. Instead, the smiling creeper drops 2–4 Minecraft:poppies that the player can not pick up.
