Summon Elemental Spirits is a Dragonwilds:Runecrafting spell that requires level 19 to cast. The spell will summon several wisps to guide you to nearby Anima Vents, each leading you and providing a beacon in game and an icon on the compass to where the vents are, as long as they are up to 400 meters. At level 64, you can upgrade it to Greater Elemental Spirits, which will give the perk to also indicate which anima vents are concentrated.
