A sulfur spring is a Minecraft:feature that can be found on the Minecraft:Overworld surface above Minecraft:sulfur caves and consists of a pool of water surrounded by Minecraft:sulfur, Minecraft:sulfur spikes, and other Minecraft:rocks. The water pool contains Minecraft:potent sulfur that periodically erupts, creating a Minecraft:geyser.
Description
Sulfur springs generate only above Minecraft:sulfur caves on the surface in any overworld Minecraft:biome. They are small ponds surrounded by Minecraft:sulfur, Minecraft:cinnabar, Minecraft:tuff, Minecraft:granite, and Minecraft:sulfur spikes containing Minecraft:potent sulfur and Minecraft:magma blocks in a configuration suitable for Minecraft:geysers.
They come in 10 variants across four sizes, with rarity increasing as size increases.

Trivia
- The first iteration of sulfur springs was inspired by geyser mounds before Mojang settled on the name "spring". The second iteration was inspired by volcanic and sulfur-rich formations such as the Template:W in Template:W.<ref>Template:Mcnet</ref>
