The Meteor is a medium fighter variant of the StarCitizen:Mantis series of ships, developed by StarCitizen:Roberts Space Industries. Equipped with formidable weaponry, the Meteor presents a daunting challenge for adversaries. Classification and Role

While the Meteor is classified as a medium fighter, it differs from its other medium contemporaries by possessing traits normally found in several different classifications: The Meteor has the armament and interior normally found in a heavy fighter, the flight performance of a medium interceptor, and the hull strength and shielding of a light fighter.<ref name=":0">Template:Cite RSI</ref>

• The RSI Meteor was briefly announced by StarCitizen:John Crewe while being interviewed on a special Star Citizen (Not So) Live episode, which was premiered to the audience during the 2025 Beijing StarCitizen:Bar Citizen event.
