The Coda Pistol is a semi-automatic StarCitizen:pistol manufactured by StarCitizen:Kastak Arms, commonly referred to as the "Hand Cannon". It is renowned for its ability to terminate an engagement with a single .50 caliber round and boasts an effective range of approximately 100 meters. However, the weapon's considerable power creates a significant recoil which can be challenging to manage. Due to its limited magazine capacity, sustained firing is not recommended. Instead, the weapon is best utilized for precise single shots.<ref name="ingame">In-game description in Alpha 3.12.0</ref>
