Sanguine Urns are an interactable scenery item that, once interacted with, gives the player 10 health to their total health pool. Once interacted, the effects persist after death.
These urns can be found very easily through the World Map and the icon can be found on the compass within 50-60 meters.
Some of these urns can be found in caves or underground areas, but not in vaults.
