Fuzan rules over the Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands, using the Dragonwilds:Lens from the Dragonwilds:KotHaar to make the desert unbearable to walk through the day. To get to him, one must partially complete Dragonwilds:Icthlarin's Little Helper and conquer the Fight Caves.
