Beta 26.50.21 is the first Nintendo Switch 2 beta version, released on August 7, 2026, which adds Minecraft:Vibrant Visuals support.

Eligible users received a notification in the title screen, allowing them to download the beta for the native version from the Nintendo eShop. This beta is downloaded as a separate app titled "Minecraft Closed Beta".

This beta is equivalent to Minecraft:Preview 26.50.20.
