Summary
Irkima in Red Wing Casino said, "I have a pigeon with a broken wing, and I am in need of some supplies to try and heal it. There is a special realm where Phoenixes dwell that is occupied by the Fae. Go there and kill these creatures until you can get a good, undamaged phoenix feather. I can use the feather's regenerative abilities to help accelerate the healing process. Bring the feather back to me as soon as you can! I need it as fresh as possible."
