The Weighted Training Band Vestige is unlocked through Death's Exchange for 350 Soul Fragments. Upon buying the Vestige, the player must Study it in order to unlock the Amulet of Strength.

It imbues your muscles with body-aligned anima, the magic strengthening the sinew and fortifying your bones. It adds greater force to your swing that will crush your enemies before you.
The goblin general, Snotknuckle, wore this amulet and attempted to hunt down Velgar. He believed that with its magic, he could fell the beast in a single swing of his club. Snotknuckle was stronger, deadlier and more powerful than ever, but this mattered very little when Velgar dropped the rock on his head.
