Dragonwilds:Ashenfall was the first place where Dragonwilds:Guthix created runes, but he never passed those secrets on to his followers. Only when the legendary human, Dragonwilds:V, discovered the secret was it taught to the general population.
Still, something about Ashenfall makes the process easier. No altars are needed, nor talismans required, yet runes can be crafted with an abundance that would make mainland guilds jealous.
This ring taps into that ease, infusing the soul with some of that ancient knowledge of the island. Be careful sleeping with this on, as you may dream the memories of runecrafters past.
