There are several Dragonwilds:goblin cages outside the entrance, with one of them holding Dragonwilds:Bilegut. In addition, there is a hidden reliquary that contains a Dragonwilds:Bandosian Amulet, required for the quest, Dragonwilds:Goblin Diplomacy.
