StarCitizen:Challenge coins

Challenge coins are collectible coins with an emblem, usually given at certain events, for belonging to a group, or to mark an achievement.

Historically, challenge coins were presented by unit commanders in recognition of special achievement by a member of the unit.<ref>Myers, William J. (April 2007). "Meet the Challenge". The Numismatist: 63.</ref>

Star Citizen challenge coins

Star Citizen themed challenge coins can be official, for example sold in the official shop during a specific StarCitizen:CitizenCon or given at some official StarCitizen:Bar Citizen, or they can be unofficial, also from a Bar Citizen event or for belonging to a Star Citizen organization.<ref></ref><ref>"Got Challenge Coins?
