Levski is a so-called free-town grown out of the remains of the former StarCitizen:QV Planet Services mining facility located on StarCitizen:Delamar in the Nyx System. It was founded by and is the headquarters of the StarCitizen:People's Alliance.<ref>Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>

Layout and Access

Despite its relatively small size compared to more fully-fledged cities located on the surface of planets such as StarCitizen:Lorville or StarCitizen:New Babbage, Levski is well-appointed as a space harbour and provides four docking ports on tall towers located around the borehole, sixteen external freight elevators, a number of hangars and six open landing pads that are externally interconnected by a network of catwalks. Furthermore, each one of those landing pads have their own freight elevator.<ref name="in-game_4-4">In-game survey.Template:NbspAlpha 4.4 -Template:NbspStar Citizen. Retrieved 2025-11-09<templatestyles src="Module:Cite/styles.css"/></ref>

Levski can be accessed either through the elevators located in the landing pads and hangars or through the main airlock which is connected to the network of catwalks. Although Levski's pads are provided with gravity generation, the rest of the asteroid is devoid of significant gravity and can be navigated in EVA.<ref name="in-game_4-4" />

Internal Layout

Levski developed as a mining town bored into one side of Delamar, with installations spreading in and around the borehole that is the main feature of the asteroid. It is composed of four levels that are connected by the Central Lift: two sequential or paternoster elevators –also known as the Vertical People Mover– that serve as the main internal public transport of Levski. Lift A goes in an upwards loop and Lift B goes downwards<ref name="in-game_4-4" />.

Level 00

Despite its name, the "zeroth" level is the uppermost level on Levski. Here is where you will find the external airlock to access the exterior, the landing pads, and the StarCitizen:Cargo Deck.<ref name="in-game_4-4" />

Sublevel 01

Here is located access to the Hangars, the security checkpoint, the StarCitizen:Mercy Hospital, StarCitizen:Home & Heart habs, Alliance Residences, StarCitizen:Teach's Ship Shop and the access to Levski's Municipal Services.<ref name="in-game_4-4" />

Sublevel 02

At this level one can find the StarCitizen:Grand Barter Bazaar, StarCitizen:Conscientious Objects, Cordry's Armor, StarCitizen:Café Musain, the Borehole Station and the ventilation system.<ref name="in-game_4-4" />

Sublevel 03

This level is where the ore refinery and its associated supply shop are located, as well as Levski's operations control room.<ref name="in-game_4-4" />

Municipal Services

Levski's utilities are serviced by municipal installations buried deep inside StarCitizen:Delamar.

History

In StarCitizen:2655, a small group of activists sought to escape the totalitarianism of the Messers and found refuge in StarCitizen:Delamar's vacated mining facility. The remote location seemed an ideal stronghold in which to start again. They named the facility Levski in honor of the ancient StarCitizen:Earth revolutionary Vasil Levski who shared their dream of an egalitarian society.

As word of this 'free town' spread, many anti-Messer activists, intellectuals and pacifists found their way to Levski. They aspired to create an idyllic, leaderless society built around mutual responsibility. Unfortunately, the newly dubbed StarCitizen:People's Alliance engaged in an endless debate over how to achieve their goals.<ref>Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>

The first thing one sees upon entering Levski is the imposing statue to honor StarCitizen:Anthony Tanaka, a child laborer who died under the rule of the Messers. The statue is an enduring symbol of the People's Alliance of Levski's revolutionary spirit.
