A power plant is a vehicle component that generates power for the vehicle. It is the main source of energy for the vehicle. Its power depends on its size, its model and the type of technology used. Another detailed list can be found at Erkul Games.
List of power plant properties

| Size | The size of the component | Only a S1 can fit into a S1 slot for example. |
| Class | The class of the power plant | Only a classification. Military components are generally not sold and must be looted. |
| Grade | The grade of the power plant | |
| Power Output | The amount of total power avaliable | This corresponds to the total amount of "points" you have to distibute between other components |
| Distortion health | The amount of damage the component can take by distortion weapons | Also sometimes called Distortion Shutdown Damage. |
