Blue Crystals can be found using an appropriate Survey. Some creatures have been known to drop Blue Crystals as well.

Amethyst	100	A purple stone, used in magic to facilitate travel. Associated Primary Skill: Teleportation.
Azurite	100	A deep blue gem evocative of dark stormy oceans or winter skies. In magic it enhances musical skill. Associated Primary Skill: Bard.
Blue Spinel	100	A lovely dark blue stone, with limited but potent magic uses. Associated Primary Skill: Staff.
Fluorite	100	This particular piece of fluorite is blue with white bands. Used in magic, it helps you communicate with animals. It also focuses the mind inwards. Associated Primary Skill: Animal Handling. Associated Secondary Skill: Meditation.
Lapis Lazuli	100	A soft blue rock. It's useful in curatives and curse removal potions. Associated Primary Skill: Priest. Associated Secondary Skill: Alchemy.
Maximized Obsidian	600	A small black stone. It has been tuned as an amplifier for certain toolcrafting recipes.
Sapphire	100	A beautiful blue stone. In magic it is associated with flight and the sky.
Spirit Fox Lapis	110	A soft blue rock. It's useful in curatives and curse removal potions. This particular gem has been infused with a rune that attunes it to foxes when used in crafting.
Turquoise	100	A bright blue stone, almost teal in color. In magic, it is associated with beaches and waves.
Vervadium	200	A magically enhanced piece of fluorite.
