- The word "komorebi" (木漏れ日) means "sunlight filtering through trees" in Japanese.
- komorebi uses the Minecraft:Comforting Memories leitmotif, also made by Minecraft:Kumi Tanioka from the Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs (Original Game Soundtrack), and the latter 2 (Minecraft:Pokopoko and Minecraft:Yakusoku) all sound similar.
