26.50 (also known as 1.26.50), the release of the third game drop of 2026, is an upcoming Minecraft:game drop for Template:BE set to release in the third quarter of 2026, which adds the Minecraft:dappled forest biome, including Minecraft:red shrubs, Minecraft:shelf mushrooms, Minecraft:wool stairs and slabs, and a new Minecraft:abandoned camp structure.

• Is bouncy when fallen on by entities.

• Comes in sixteen colors.

World generation

Biomes

Minecraft:Dappled forest

• An autumn-themed forest biome that consists of Minecraft:poplar trees, red shrubs, Minecraft:leaf litter,  brown mushrooms, and shelf mushrooms, and rarely Minecraft:spruce trees.
  • Fallen poplar trees generate more frequently than other trees.
• Rabbits, foxes, and cold variants of farm animals spawn here.

Minecraft:Poplar tree

• A Minecraft:tree that generates in dappled forests.
• Comes in three different colors of leaves, orange, red, and yellow, randomly chosen at generation.
• Fallen poplar trees have shelf mushrooms on them.

Structures

Minecraft:Abandoned camp

• A structure that generates on the surface of the Overworld.
• It consists of Minecraft:wool stairs of any color, Minecraft:fences and various other blocks.
• Its appearance and structure can be varied, such as having Minecraft:leaves and cobwebs, a Minecraft:tree or a Minecraft:crop farm.
