Appearance
The Navy Cape is a plain cape, with a Minecraft:creeper face design in its center.
Functionality
When in the air, the Navy Cape allows its wearer some level of streering control. Navy used this alongside the Minecraft:Navy Cannon.

When Nico and Minecraft:Navy prepared to fire the Minecraft:Navy Cannon on the Minecraft:Colossal Zombie, Navy suggested Nico craft the Navy Cape, and he agreed.
