Additions
- Added optional property for Template:Cd API to disable scrolling.
- Added action "Layouts Managements" behind feature toggle. It implements the new UI for the existing Layout Template.
Changes
- Updated Template:Cd API methods to accept separate transaction payloads representing the previous and new operation states.
- Removed Header Action API from Template:Cd.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the editing template in Layouts Editor saved in wrong template after changing the selected template in the Layout Template Manager.
