About

Cobalt W.A.S.D. is an action platformer focussed on online multiplayer in which the player plays in one two teams, the "Metalfaces" or the "Protobots". Metalfaces try to defend the bomb-sites, while Protobots try to attack and plant the bomb. When the bomb is planted, the Metalfaces must try to defuse the bomb before it explodes. Each round, both teams get a chance to spend their earnings on new gear like armor, guns, grenades, melee weapons, equipment or vehicles. Each team has access to both common and unique equipment which keeps the gameplay asymmetric and varied.<ref>Template:Cite</ref>

[WIP] MC themed map complete with floating islands(TM) !

On November 28, 2017, a Minecraft-themed map named "Blockie" was uploaded to the game's Steam Workshop by Kinten, one of Cobalt W.A.S.D.Template:'s developers.<ref name="Steam Workshop" /> A Minecraft:Minecraft.net article promoting Cobalt W.A.S.D., as well as the "Blockie" map was released three days later on December 1, 2017.<ref name="Mcnet" />

To play the "Blockie" map, players must subscribe to it on the Steam Workshop page. Inside the game, after opening the "Server Browser" screen and selecting "Host Game", the "Storage" setting in the lobby must be changed from "Cobalt W.A.S.D." to "Workshop". The map can then be selected by changing the lobby's "Map" option.<ref>Template:Cite</ref>
