Twin Bros. GmbH was a German company owned by Ortwin Sam Freyermuth and Chieu Thi Freyermuth that processed some StarCitizen:Star Citizen refunds.
It's unclear what its exact role was, players speculated it had to with it being Ortwin's company already having the pre-existing setup to handle European transactions in place, with which timezone handled the refund, with tax credits and advantages, with the currency used.<ref>Why are there so many companies linked to Star Citizen?, r/starcitizen, October 20 2015 </ref>
