You've found Miss Guided! But she refuses to return to Miss Chievous until she gathers supplies for a surprise party she wants to throw for Miss Chievous. Help her find some confetti!

You must have previously completed Event: Lost Scapegoats in order to undertake this quest. This quest is only available during a Lost Scapegoats event.
