Halloween is a Seasonal Event celebrated in the Council Lands. For the past few years, strange circumstances have befallen Alharth during this time, often related to the Undead. This seems to be a result of the Chalice being in close alignment with Alharth.
Throughout the season, Skeletons, Ghouls, and other Undead dropped keys to open magical chests in Serbule Keep. Zhia Lian contacted promising adventurers again, offering them rewards for helping with a far-reaching Undead problem. Brandon Mellus can first be found in the town of Amulna. A quest will be given to those that are actively questing for Zhia Lian.
After completing the first quest, Brandon will move to the Red Wing Casino. Three quests will be if Zhia Lian Event: Preparing For The Big Party was previously assigned by Zhia Lian.
Once Zhia Lian assigns Zhia Lian Event: The Unfortunate Cultists, Brandon will offer four quests to help complete the task. Each quest is completed by finishing another quest related to the cultist in need.
