Obtaining
It is automatically obtained and appears in the hotbar when the player starts up a world in the Herdcraft Update. It also appears in the hotbar after the player dies.
Usage
The Build item can be used to command certain living blocks to go to the targeted location and turn into normal blocks. It is the only way to build.
