A plenty pottery sherd is a pottery sherd that depicts an open Minecraft:chest. It can be found in cold ocean ruins.

Breaking a decorated pot drops all Minecraft:bricks and pottery sherds used to craft it, meaning it drops a plenty pottery sherd if one was used to craft it.
