The Green zone refers to a zone inside of a StarCitizen:star system inside which a planetary surface can support liquid water. After discovery of a system, planets inside this zone are often considered by the StarCitizen:UEE to be candidates for StarCitizen:Terraforming. On the StarCitizen:ARK Starmap, green zones inside a system are displayed with a slight green haze.
