The StarCitizen:Banu Singe Cannon (S2) is a size 2 vehicle tachyon cannon. It is a part of the Singe series tachyon cannon. It is a long range, high damage cannon. Like much of the Banu technology, its real origin is unknown, but based on the fact that it differs from other Banu engineering choices, StarCitizen:UEE historians suspect they assimilated it from some other culture.<ref name="ingame">In-game description 3.10.0</ref>

Alpha 3.5.0	The size 1 to 3 models of Singe Cannon was introduced.<ref name="350patch"></ref>
Alpha 3.7.0	The Singe Cannon (S2) was made bespoke to the StarCitizen:Defender and removed from shop inventories.<ref name="370patch">Template:Link RSI</ref>
Alpha 3.23.0	The Singe Cannon (S2) was made unavailable to the player and the Singe Cannon (S3) replaced it as the default weapon on the Defender after changes to weapon gimbals.<ref name="3230patch">Template:Link RSI</ref>
