Template:Contract The mission Unauthorized Surveillance Detected sees Crusader Security's StarCitizen:Lisa Gibbs or StarCitizen:Devin Bautista task the player with taking out illegal StarCitizen:PDC Monitors, aka 'Skimmers'. Finding them requires the use of StarCitizen:Scanning and a mission timer will be triggered once the first is destroyed. It is likely that you will encounter hostile outlaws.
