Dragonwilds:Runecrafting

Template:External Template:Otheruses Template:Infobox Skill Runecrafting is one of the ten Skills in Runescape: Dragonwilds and allows players to create their own Dragonwilds:Runes for use in casting combat Dragonwilds:Magic and other Dragonwilds:Spells.

Players earn Runecrafting experience by imbuing Rune Essences into runes at Rune Altars. These essences can be mined from Rune Essence Geysers or fallen Rune Essence Rocks, which will also award experience in Runecrafting, or by collecting them from Packs.

Boosts

Players can consume Dragonwilds:Potions, eat Dragonwilds:Food, or equip Dragonwilds:Trinkets to boost their Runecrafting experience gain rate.

• Dragonwilds:Weak Focused Runecrafting Potion - Provides a 5% XP boost for 5 minutes (300 seconds)
• Dragonwilds:Lesser Focused Runecrafting Potion - Provides a 5% XP boost for 10 minutes (600 seconds)
• Dragonwilds:Sweet Veg Ball - Grants a 10% XP boost for 5 minutes (300 seconds)
• Dragonwilds:Wild Pie - Grants a 10% XP boost for 10 minutes (600 seconds)
• Dragonwilds:Inspiring Ring of Runecrafting - Provides a 5% XP boost while worn

Training

Template:Future content From 0.11 onward, Runecrafting can be trained in other ways. Aside from direct imbuing in the altar (or auto crafting), players can attempt to attune rune essence to specific anima types (like Air, Water, Law, etc). Depending on the strength of the attuned anima and skill, players can acquire bonus runes of that specific type.

Another way to train runecrafting is by siphoning Dragonwilds:Anima Vents found throughout the continent. By using your rune essence on these vents. Depending on the strength of the vent, players can acquire runes without a rune altar. It was revealed in a livestream on the official Dragonwilds channels that these Anima Vents will produce specific sounds related to their specific type.

Leveling up Runecrafting grants access to unique passive benefits, in addition to unlocking Dragonwilds:Spells and other abilities.

19	Dragonwilds:Summon Elemental Spirits	Spell	Call on wisps to guide you to nearby anima vents that you can siphon!
22	Dragonwilds:Air Efficiency	Passive	Gain additional air runes when you achieve high Dragonwilds:attunement while runecrafting.
25	Dragonwilds:Fire Runes	Recipe	Unlocks recipe for Dragonwilds:Fire Runes, which can be crafted at the Dragonwilds:Rune Altar.
27	Runes to Rune Essence	Spell	Too many runes of the wrong type and no essence around? Throw your runes on the ground and this spell will draw out their magic, leaving you with 40% of the rune essence.
30	Dragonwilds:Astral Efficiency	Passive	Gain additional Dragonwilds:astral runes when you achieve high Dragonwilds:attunement while runecrafting.
34	Dragonwilds:Pure Essence	Passive	Unlocks a chance of the Pure Essence Stone eruption while Dragonwilds:siphoning. It's hard to catch... But the reward is a burst of runes...
38	Dragonwilds:Nature Runes	Recipe	Unlocks recipe for Dragonwilds:Nature Runes, which can be crafted at the Dragonwilds:Rune Altar.
42	Dragonwilds:Fire Spirit	Spell	Conjure forth a fire spirit to light your way.
46	Dragonwilds:Lesser Anima Siphoning	Passive	Each Dragonwilds:Anima Vent Dragonwilds:siphon consumes 1 rune essence to produce 2 Dragonwilds:runes.
48	Dragonwilds:Better Infusion Duration	Passive	Reduces the infusion phase duration of runecrafting.
50	Dragonwilds:Law Runes	Recipe	Unlocks recipe for Dragonwilds:Law Runes, which can be crafted at the Dragonwilds:Rune Altar.
53	Dragonwilds:Essential Strength	Passive	The weight of rune essence is reduced by 50%.

64	Dragonwilds:Greater Elemental Spirits	Spell	The Dragonwilds:Summon Elemental Spirits perk now also indicates which Anima Vents are Dragonwilds:Concentrated.

81	Runes to Rune Essence Upgrade	Spell	As your mastery grows, so does your yield. You can now extract 60% of the rune essence.

99	Dragonwilds:Runecrafting Skillcape	Recipe	A true showcase of Skill Mastery. Unlocks the ability to craft and wear the Dragonwilds:Runecrafting skillcape.

Trivia

• In Template:OSL, the skill is named "Runecraft", without the "-ing", although in Template:RSL it is also named "Runecrafting".
• Unlike the counterparts in Template:OSL and Template:RSL, the Dragonwilds:Runecrafting Guild in Runescape: Dragonwilds lays in ruins and serves no purpose related to the Runecrafting skill.
