Dragonwilds:Wanted!

Template:External Template:Infobox Quest Wanted! is a secondary quest found in Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach. It is the most immediately available side quest after players cross Dragonwilds:The Approach and reach the Dragonwilds:The Courtyard.

Walkthrough

Getting Started

Speak to Dragonwilds:Vannaka, who can be found by the tent in front of Dragonwilds:The Library shortly after entering Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach. He explains that three Black Knights — the Rat Master, the Hound Master, and the Summoner — have each gained control over different demonic creatures, and asks you to retrieve their training journals.

Vannaka can provide background on each of the three beast tamers if you ask. The three targets can be tackled in any order. Each is a genuine combat encounter with multiple enemies, so come prepared.

The Rat Master

Head south-west from Vannaka to Dragonwilds:The Menagerie; you'll need to cross the Library and defeat the Dragonwilds:Lesser Blue Dragon guarding the entrance to the Menagerie before making your way further. Dragonwilds:Rat Master Skrexis can be found on a ledge at the end of the lower path, surrounded by his hellrats. He was once a reclusive knight with terrible hygiene habits who attracted vermin wherever he went — the corruption has only deepened that bond.

Defeat him and his pack of hellrats. Once the area is clear, look for his journal sitting on a rock directly behind where he was standing, to the left of the statue. Interact with it to read or take some pages.

The Hound Master

Make your way to Dragonwilds:The Garrison and descend to the lower floors of the forward building. Philius Rexiton, the Hound Master, was a noble with a love for dogs before the corruption took hold. Now he commands a whole pack of hellhounds in the dungeons below.

This is a crowded fight — you'll be dealing with Rexiton and his entire pack at once. Try to manage the hellhounds while keeping pressure on the Hound Master himself. After defeating them, the journal is in the central kennel, lying on the table.

The Summoner

Head south from Vannaka to Dragonwilds:The Cathedral and descend into the crypts below. His quarters are immediately adjacent to Dragonwilds:The Lake, which is the closest Dragonwilds:Nodestone. Lester Flament, the Summoner, wanders here with Dragonwilds:Delrom, his eerily loyal demon. Flament was reputedly odious and unpopular even among the Black Knights.

Delrom hits hard, so don't underestimate this fight. Once the Summoner is defeated, pick up his journal from the plinth at the back wall, below the demon gargoyle.

Returning to Vannaka

With all three journals in hand, return to Dragonwilds:Vannaka. He eagerly examines the journals, expecting to find dark rites and sinister spells — only to discover that the beast tamers' secret was treating the creatures kindly.

Vannaka hands you a trinket to help deal with demonic creatures, remarking that there's no time for the friendlier approach.
