Ogamboe is giant who pays councils in exchange for the completion of Work Orders in the Fae Realm. The associated Work Order Board is far to the north, in the Fel-Dasculan Ruins. He is only present at night.
"Hello! I am Ogamboe the Deal Hunter. You may have heard of my famous boutique, but I'm not here to sell things. I'm here to buy things! In particular, I am buying very special orders for my customers.
I've set up a work order board near the fairies north of here. If you have any of the things I need, bring them to me! Don't worry, I pay in "Councils"!
Oh, but I can't stay here during the day. I don't want to get on the Winter Queen's bad side! I'll show up whenever the queen's nighttime reappears. Wait for me here.
