Overgoblin is a title given to Goblin city-leaders. The Overgoblin of Grackhaven started a dispute with the Goblin High King.
"Didn't you hear? The whole city of Grackhaven has stopped honoring gobdollars after the High King printed a million new ones. It's a stupid protest move by the Overgoblin.
