About

Cobalt is a 2D Action-Adventure game focused on its fast physics-based movement, versatile and high-powered weaponry,<ref>Template:Ytl</ref> time dilation where the game speed around the player slows to improve reaction times when facing lethal danger,<ref>Template:Ytl</ref> and a combat roll which enables the player to aim their weapons at any angle as well as deflect oncoming fire with the top of their head.<ref>Template:Ytl</ref> The game is split into seven core game modes: "Deathmatch", "Team Strike", "Plug Slam", "Survival", "Speed Challenges", "Combat Challenges", and a campaign "Story Mode".

Blockworld tileset

The "Blockworld" tileset was released as part of update v254 for Cobalt on November 28, 2017, just ahead of the release of Cobalt W.A.S.D.<ref>Template:Cite Discord</ref> It features 108 tiles based on Minecraft:overworld assets from the pre-Texture Update default resources. In v257, a bug was fixed which prevented the "Blockworld" textures from working in the Autodesk Stingray builds of Cobalt and Cobalt W.A.S.D.<ref>Template:Cite Discord</ref>
