The recipe is learned by consuming Dragonwilds:a cruel goblin blade, received as a random drop from a Dragonwilds:goblin pack; the drop chance for this vestige is 2%.
Despite having slash in the name, this weapon deals crush damage and uses the mace attack style. It has slightly higher base damage but the same durability as the Dragonwilds:bone club, despite listing a special effect of -15% Dragonwilds:durability.
It can be ascended at the Dragonwilds:mystic forge using Dragonwilds:ascension cores, but the base damage doesn't scale properly: the Dragonwilds:power level 2 Dragonwilds:goblin "swingslash" has 11-12% higher base damage than the Dragonwilds:power level 2 Dragonwilds:bone club's 26 - 46, but the Dragonwilds:power level 7 Dragonwilds:goblin "swingslash" only has ~1% higher base damage than the Dragonwilds:power level 7 Dragonwilds:adamant mace's 114 - 202).
