Dragonwilds:Toktz-Mej-Tal

From SAS Gaming Wiki
Revision as of 11:02, 29 August 2026 by SyncBot (talk | contribs) (Sync: updated from Dragonwilds)

Template:External Template:Infobox Item The toktz-mej-tal is a Dragonwilds:power level 7 Dragonwilds:staff that can be crafted at a Dragonwilds:mystic forge. The recipe is unlocked after studying the Dragonwilds:elongated obsidian construct vestige, which can be dropped by Dragonwilds:KotHaar-Hur and Dragonwilds:KotHaar-Xil in Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands with a 2/100 drop rate. It can be ascended at the mystic forge using Dragonwilds:ascension cores.

Its Dragonwilds:special effect is that it has an increased chance of landing Dragonwilds:critical strikes, although the exact chance is unknown. If it functions similarly to other weapons that have an extra chance to crit, then it would be 15%. However, it also has reduced Dragonwilds:durability, 300 less than other staves from Dragonwilds:Ghornfell, Dragonwilds:Fellhollow, and Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands, and 600 less than staves from Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach.

With a rune damage multiplier of 8.4, it is 0.3 and 0.4 less than the Dragonwilds:staff of light and the Dragonwilds:necromancer's staff, respectively, when ascended to power level 7. However, as we have calculated with the Dragonwilds:draconic staff (which has 15% additional chance to crit), the multipliers would need to increase to 12.x for the increased chance to crit to provide an average increase in overall damage done. And again, although durability is trivial to manage with Dragonwilds:Magical Mending, the extended duration of the Dragonwilds:fight caves may warrant a different choice.
