Cloud Imperium Games UK Limited
The company was incorporated on 13 December 2013 under the name Cloud Imperium Games UK Limited, registered at Freedom House, Church Street, Wilmslow, Cheshire.<ref name=":0" />
Renamed to Cloud Imperium UK Ltd.
On 21 December 2018, it was renamed to Cloud Imperium UK Ltd, separating its identity from its game development studio subsidiary, Cloud Imperium Games Ltd, and moving to Manchester Goods Yard, 6 Goods Yard Street, following the StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium group's relocation of its UK headquarters from Wilmslow to Manchester in 2022.<ref name=":0" />
