Dragonwilds:Fire Spirit

Template:Infobox Spell Fire Spirit is a Dragonwilds:Spell that conjures a small fire spirit that follows the player closely for three minutes and slowly orbits at around eye level. This provides about the same light as a Dragonwilds:Torch, but frees up the player's shield slot to hold other shield-type equipment. It is very useful when traversing Dragonwilds:Vaults or at night.

The following text is transcribed from the Journal.

The aviansie believe in five types of spirit, those of the water, earth, light, storm and fire. The spirits of fire governed inspiration and creativity and were known among the aviansie people as the Gal'Son – the passionate. While perhaps not replicating the dancing spirits of legend, the fire spirit that this spell calls is no less passionate about being helpful. It loves little more than lighting your way and shielding you, as best it can, from the cold.

In truth, this spell does not create a fire spirit, rather the runes attract nearby motes of elemental fire, bringing them together into a single entity. Each spirit is more like a colony of tiny lights, ready to banish the shadows in the darkest places.
