It is used on Dragonwilds:Lougrim's Shrine during the Dragonwilds:Dog Days quest to turn it into the Dragonwilds:Purified King's Token. Players can also choose to destroy the tainted token in their quest item Dragonwilds:inventory.

These tokens are a unique creation, crafted hundreds of years ago by high priests of Dragonwilds:Lougrim. They are passed down from monarch to monarch, a sign of their overwhelming power and strength. The power of a king has waned over the centuries, no longer sovereigns of nations, but now masters of the clan. Servants of the High Queen, Dragonwilds:Kuldra, the god-eater.
Inside each token rests a single pebble taken from Dragonwilds:Antumnos, the Garou homeworld.
