He was a backer and a PTU tester spending a lot of time with the twitch community, he went to StarCitizen:PAX South where he met CIG devs, talked about his work history and how he could help, and applied for a job at CIG halfway across the country.<ref name=":0" />

He started at CIG as a QA specialist in April 2018 focusing on backend services and stability before becoming Associate Devops Engineer in September 2018.<ref name=":1" />
