Obtaining
Breaking
Froglights drop as an item when broken with any tool or by hand. Breaking speed is always the same; no specific tool can break a froglight faster.<ref>Template:Bug</ref> Script error: No such module "breaking row".

Usage
Froglights have a smooth texture and can be used as light sources. They emit light level 15, the highest level possible for a light-emitting block. Froglights also melt snow layers within 3 blocks and Minecraft:ice within 4 blocks (taxicab distance).
Froglights can be placed in three different orientations, similar to Minecraft:logs, Minecraft:deepslate, and Minecraft:basalt.
Sulfur cube
Template:Message box Template:Article other Sulfur cubes have the ability to absorb any of the froglights, either through picking them up or being interacted with them. This provides the golf ball/fast flat effect to the mob when hitting it.

Trivia
- According to a Block of the Month article, small magma cubes are mistaken for small slimes by frogs, which try to eat them, realize their mistake, and then spit them out.<ref name=":0">Template:Mcnet</ref>
- One name that was considered for the pearlescent froglight during development was the "blanc froglight".<ref name=":0" /> According to content creator PearlescentMoon, Agnes Larsson said the pearlescent froglight is named in reference to her.<ref>Template:Citation (00:05:10)
