• The DLC was teased in a pop-up prompting the player to get the Superman skin pack, which released on July 8, 2025.
• Throughout the DLC, many subtle references to regular Minecraft are made.
  • Surrounding the Daily Planet globe are carvings of creepers.
  • Banners throughout Metropolis appear to show chickens.
• The shot of Superman standing in front of the sun is a reference to the cover of the first issue of Superman volume 5, which became a popular internet meme.
