Summary
On Sun Vale's main island, on the northeast beach, some sort of entity asked you to remove a huge clownfish. It can only be caught at dusk or dawn (5am or 7pm).

To start this quest, angle by the northeast side of the main island of Sun Vale. Hint
Preface
"Greetings! Are you a druid? Or just psychic? I need your help either way!
Druids used growth magic on the fish here, which was nice at first. But one of the local clownfish managed to get a triple dose of magic and now he's out of control! He's massive! You can catch him when he hunts -- either at dusk or dawn. Please catch him!
