Dragonwilds:Black Sword

Template:External Template:Infobox Item The black sword is a one-handed Dragonwilds:power level 6 melee weapon. The recipe is unlocked after studying the Dragonwilds:shattered black blade vestige, which can be found in Dragonwilds:chests throughout Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach or purchased from Postie Pete's Dragonwilds:Evil Emporium for 300 Dragonwilds:infernal fragments. It can be ascended at the Dragonwilds:mystic forge using Dragonwilds:ascension cores.

Its special effect deals 15% increased damage against mages, which includes Dragonwilds:garou druids, Dragonwilds:skeletal necromancers, Dragonwilds:zamorakian acolytes, and mages of zamorak. The latter two are also weak to slash damage, dealing an additional 25%, for a total of 44% increased damage.

This weapon has the same damage ranges when the same power level as the Dragonwilds:wooden training sword, but the Dragonwilds:toktz-xil-ak has slightly higher damage values in addition to having an additional chance to crit. The Dragonwilds:zombie axe also deals slash damage, but though it does more per hit, it uses the mace attack style which is slower. Therefore, this weapon is the ideal choice against mages, the Dragonwilds:toktz-xil-ak is best against other enemies weak to slash damage, otherwise the Dragonwilds:zombie axe is best in every other situation.
