Template:External Template:Infobox Item The noxious draconic visage is an award obtained from the Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man in exchange for Dragonwilds:Velgar's head, which is obtained by killing Dragonwilds:Velgar during or after the quest Dragonwilds:Dragon Slayer. It can be used to upgrade the Dragonwilds:anti-dragon shield into the Dragonwilds:dragonblight shield.

- The visage appearance resembles that of an Template:OSL and Template:OSL visage.
- Unlike Template:OSL and Template:RSL, the visage is not dropped by Velgar, it is instead handed to the players as an award.
- Dragonwilds:Green dragons do not drop these visages also.
