Minecraft LIVE – September 2026 was a Minecraft:Minecraft LIVE event that took place on Template:LocalizedTime. Minecraft:The Deep Dig aftershow featured falsesymmetry at 16:30 UTC.<ref>Template:Tweet</ref>

Summary

The stream opens with a reprise of an animation featured at Minecraft:Minecraft LIVE – March 2026, before cutting to several shots of Minecraft:Mojang Studios, including their logo, a Minecraft:cherry sign labeled "pick up after your Minecraft:wolf," a neon sign of their logo, and then several employees talking. A Minecraft:fox appears superimposed over the footage, and after consuming the screen it transitions to none other than Minecraft:Jens Bergensten himself. He introduces himself, and asks for full attention, promising an ambitious show with an exciting conclusion. He jokes about it being an Minecraft:End update, and assures the viewers it's not what he's referring to.

He goes on to announce an initiative, stressing how creative the fandom is and the hurdles it takes to become a professional designer. To help, they will begin an official Minecraft:creator platform. He then segues into a promotion for the release of Template:MC on Template:Wikipedia, featuring support for Minecraft:Vibrant Visuals. From there he celebrates the tenth anniversary of Minecraft:Minecraft Education, and mentions Template:MCD2 will release that Tuesday, before passing the mic to Minecraft:Agnes Larsson via Minecraft:ghastling.

Wilderness Bound

Template:Expand section Agnes walks down a hall in Minecraft:Mojang headquarters, and excitedly announces they will be announcing some of their current projects on the show. She begins by recapping Minecraft:Wilderness Bound, praising how the community made use of Minecraft:cushions, describing the creativity born through new features as "one of the bestestTemplate:Sic things about working on Template:MC." She reminisces about sharing fan creations with developers and other peers, demonstrating several uses of the cushion while explaining it functions as an Minecraft:entity, not a Minecraft:block.

From there she reiterates their long-term plan for the game, saying their priority is "adventuring."

Minecraft Dungeons II

Template:Expand section Laura de Llorens Garcia talked about how Minecraft Dungeons II brings a new ecosystem to Minecraft Dungeons universe and a really big loot variety. Then, Minecraft:Måns Olson and Minecraft:Ullis Linder revealed more details about the lore, interconnected world, Template:MCD2, Template:MCD2, Template:MCD2, Template:MCD2s, Template:MCD2 and Template:MCD2.

Minecraft World + Hotel

Minecraft World is the world's first fully themed Minecraft land, created by Mojang Studios and Merlin Entertainments, and will open at Chessington World of Adventures in 2027. It was officially revealed during Minecraft Live - March 2026 as Minecraft's biggest real-world theme park project yet, designed to let guests step into the game and in real life. The headline attraction "Escape The Nether" is a world-first Minecraft roller coaster manufactured by Intamin. The ride will be a multi-dimension indoor coaster, taking riders through multiple Minecraft environments and adventures rather than being a traditional outdoor coaster. The first official Minecraft Hotel was also announced, it will be the worlds first Minecraft hotel, allowing guests to eat, sleep, and play in the world of Minecraft.

Sound Effects Pack

Sound effects pack is a type of resource pack coming to Minecraft soon. Similar to how texture packs apply different textures, sound effects packs will change how the game sounds, allowing for a useful feature for developers further along the line.

Ice Caves

Ice caves are a new cave biome announced that is expected to release in the upcoming Minecraft:Fourth Drop 2026. It will generate with new blocks, such as ice crystals and icicles. A new hostile mob, the frozen zombie will also be able to spawn there, occasionally holding an ice ball, which can be used for ranged attacks and deals damage relative to its velocity, similarly to an Minecraft:arrow. A new Minecraft:Freezing effect will also be added. Frozen Zombies can give this effect when they attack, or it can be obtained in potion form by brewing an ice ball into an awkward potion.

The Sift

It was announced that Minecraft:the Sift, the dimension from Minecraft Dungeons II, will be coming to vanilla Minecraft:Minecraft next year.

The Deep Dig

The Deep Dig aftershow consisted of Ph1lza and Minecraft:Mojang employees such as Minecraft:Vu playing Dungeons II, giving the first live gameplay demonstration of the new game.Template:Dubious Following that, Minecraft:Agnes, falsesymmetry and the head of vanilla MinecraftTemplate:More info showcased the new Minecraft:ice caves biome coming soon by doing three challenges.Template:More info Then Agnes concluded the stream and an end animation was played.
