"If you must pry, I resolve dental issues for those who have had bad experiences in the past. If you visit a wizard about a toothache, they'll take away the pain, but you might end up with a deep-seated infection that makes your whole head ache. And even return visits don't always cure the problem at its crux.
My methods are crude and painful. But those who need my services agree to suffer. I do not hide the cruelty of ripping out a tooth. I take no joy in it.
I do my work because I am needed. Were I not needed, I would not do this.
