ProjectGorgon:Mythander is a elven skill trainer maintaining the remains of a horse pack in ProjectGorgon:Eltibule. He teaches the Riding skill to passersby, and offers a horse in exchange for completing a task or paying a handful of councils.

ProjectGorgon:Mythander offers access to the stable menu starting at [Neutral] favor.
He also offers adventurers the opportunity to learn ProjectGorgon:Riding and obtain a horse.
Riding skill can be obtained by doing ProjectGorgon:Learning the Ways of Horses, or paying Mythander 3000 Councils, or by completing Mythander's ProjectGorgon:Mystery Rocks quest. The horse always costs an additional 3000 Councils. Basic riding tack and gear can be obtained from player ProjectGorgon:Saddlery crafters or from ProjectGorgon:Pasha in ProjectGorgon:Ilmari.
Horse Glamorizer
Mythander has a golem who offers a painless process of turning a special horse into a glamor for other horses. This destroys the original horse and is only available for now-deprecated special horses acquired from activities that now directly give the glamor. Ordinary Wild Horses cannot be made into a glamor.

- How can I get a horse?
- Well, I've broken the horse in, so you don't need to be an animal expert or anything, but you should at least know how to ride a horse! Once you learn that, I'd be happy to give you a horse. For a small fee of 3000 Councils to cover my expense.
- How would I learn how to ride a horse?
Well, where I come from, riding is something you learn as a child. (Mythander sniffs). But I suppose each society has unique expectations of their citizens. I could teach you the basics.
- Okay, please teach me!
- But teaching things is hard and boring. I suppose if you did a favor for me, I could take the time. Or alternatively, you could pay me a bunch of money.
If the player is a Spider:
"Um... Mythander considers his words. I'm sure you're a wonderful spider. But you can't ride a horse. It's impractical and dangerous and I can't ethically be a part of it. I'm sorry.
- I promise I wouldn't try to ride it!
